MANWORK recruits for one of its customers, an IT Support Manager ;
Mission :
Assessing the technical needs of staff or clients
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships across teams and with staff/clients
Managing hardware and software
Resolving system and applications issues
Identifying gaps in the support process and amending it accordingly
Workflow management to follow queries and requests from development to delivery.
Technical support and following-up operation delivery
Profile :
Bachelor's degree in computer science
Minimum 5 years experience
Good level in Arabic and English
Excellent software knowledge
Excellent knowledge of networking protocols and components.

Tripoli- Libya
