support the specification of software requirements and contribute your know-how to the software design for the
selected controller platform
 Implement embedded software in C/C++, put it into operation on the target hardware and use various
development tools and measuring devices in the process
 Put new electronics into operation together with the hardware developers
 Carry out tests and check the software for quality, functionality and robustness
 Work in a team with development and test engineers as well as the Functional safety and Cybersecurity
departments. Your collaboration will result in customized solutions for our customers
Profile:
 Degree in embedded systems engineering, electrical engineering, computer science or comparable
qualification
 Minimum of 2 years of experience in the development of embedded software on microcontrollers (STM32 or
similar) in C/C++.
 Good understanding of electronics and measurement instruments
 Knowledge of software design (UML)
 Knowledge of fieldbus protocols and IoT technologies.
 Proficient English language skills. German language skills are of an advantage.
