Senior Accountant
We are looking for an experienced Senior accountant to oversee general accounting operations and manage all daily accounting activities Including AP, AR and controlling and verifying our financial transactions.
Senior accountant responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. A successful Senior accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts.
Requirement :
1- 3 to 5 years’ Experience
2- Proven experience as senior accountant
3- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
4- In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Tunisian GAAP)
5- Awareness of business trends
6- Familiarity with financial accounting statements
7- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
8- Hands-on experience with accounting ERP system preferable Sage X3
9- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
10- Accuracy and attention to detail
11- Must have good language skills ( English and Arabic)
12- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
13- The right candidate must be available to work from office in Tunis.
